What is it?

  • Leadership and team coaching on topics such as developing a PLC, effective team development, collaboration, school improvement planning, or conflict resolution.

  •  Planning and facilitation support.

  •  Follow-up coaching for cross-district institutes.

  •  Site-specific professional learning opportunities such as identifying essential learning targets, getting the most out of classroom assessment, raising awareness about formative assessment practices that help students take responsibility for their own learning process, or data-driven dialogue.

    Yes. We will provide you with options of trainers/facilitators/consultants based on your needs.

    What is the cost of this service?
    The costs vary depending on service provided and the consultant selected. The cost per half day for member district schools will range between $600-$750 (plus materials and travel). The cost per full day for member district schools will range between $1200-$1500 (plus materials and travel).
    We recommend scheduling and mapping out the work early in the school year to ensure consultant availability.
